Toffee wasn't happy either, he chased Dipsy who bashed into Laa-Laa. Poca Muñeca shouted at Tinky Winky. Po was nowhere to be seen. I just sat and watched the windmills. Bup-a-tum, bup-a-tum, bup-a-tum, bup-a-tum.

Factoid: The Regional government energy plan for Andalucía (Plean) 2003-2006 aims to reduce the autonomous communities dependency on petroleum products. It sets out to increase the use of renewable energy so that 15% of the total energy demanded by the Andalusian people in 2010 comes from renewable energy with the major emphasis being placed on wind-generated power. In 2006 already 10.6% comes from renewable sources.

Plean will provide 23,801 kilowatts of solar panel generated power, 4,000 megawatts of wind-generated electricity with another 250 megawatts coming from vegetable and animal waste. There will be more than a million square metres of solar panels in use in the region.
