Baile Del Cielo

Came across some weird stuff today at the beach. It's quite usual to see some weird goings on at the beach, but this was a new one on me. A load of flying Dutchmen had lawnmowers strapped to their backs, were attached to parachutes and were zipping about the sky above the waves on some sort of skydance. Fun or madness?

Before any smarty-pants get smart, I do know that the Flying Dutchman is folklore about a ghost ship.

Factoid: Had a play with Google and apparently these machines are called motorised parachutes or backpack powered parachutes. The particular models shown above are Paramotors.
